As tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual TICKET SELLER, the prices for tickets may be above or below face value. The following are the rules("TERMS") that govern use of the Tickets-online.com Web site ("SITE") by the user of the SITE ("USER"). By using or visiting the SITE, USER expressly agrees to be bound by these TERMS and to follow these TERMS and all applicable laws and regulations governing SITE. SITE reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time; new TERMS are effective immediately upon posting on SITE. If USER violates these TERMS Tickets-online.com may terminate USER'S access to SITE, bar USER from future use of SITE, cancel USER'S ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against USER.
